Customer Satisfaction
Firstly, I am extremely grateful that 98% of you are satisfied with rundreisetipps, 71% would/have recommended us to another and a whopping 100% of you are likely to buy from us again. The crew and I work very hard to deliver a superior customer experience at every level and these results have re-assured me that we are on the right track.
The feedback will certainly help us make improve what we do and we will work towards making the changes that you requested.
Simplified Shipping Rates
The first improvement is to simplify our shipping rates. From now, all standard items sent will be shipped flat rate for 5 within Australia. For this super ultra low rate can purchase one or more standard products and we will send them via the most economical tracked service through our courier partners or Australia Post.
We also understand that sometimes speed of delivery is important. You can now choose an Express Post upgrade for 15.
Our bulky shipping rates will remain the same, 25 within Australia.
Shipping internationally for standard items is now 10 to NZ and 20 to all over destinations. Express upgrades and bulky items options remain unchanged.
Additional shipping charges for exchanges will now also be at the super low standard shipping rate, ie 5 within Australia.
