COVID-19 INFORMATION

rundreisetipps fulfilment of orders has not been impacted by COVID-19 but there are still delays due to our freight partners, Australia Post.

We are still operating at full capacity and sending orders same day if purchased before 12pm, or next day otherwise. (Please note orders containing pre-order items are sent when the pre-order item arrives.) All precautions are being taken and guidelines adhered to.

Australia Post are experiencing significant shipping delays due to COVID-19 with some parcels taking double the normal time. Tracking updates are also impacted, with many not seeing an update between the initial scan and 'on-board for delivery'.

Please note that this is beyond anyone's control.

**AUSTRALIA POST SHIPPING FORCE MAJEURE**

We are extremely disappointed and sorry to announce that Australia Post has declared a force majeure on shipping from WA to the Australian East Coast. This means we (rundreisetipps) will now be charged a 40% premium to send all parcels with no guarantee that parcels will arrive prior to XMAS.

In order to ensure you receive your parcels in a timely manor, we have made the difficult decision to send all parcels via EXPRESS post. We have temporarily removed our free shipping and standard shipping options. We apologies and understand that this is disappointing, but hope that our current sale promotions will help the burden.

Pre-Order Items

All orders that contain both stocked items and pre-order items will not be sent until all the pre-order items are in the store.
If you would like the readily available items sent earlier, please place two separate orders.

Bulky items

Bulky items will not be sent via Express Post and will instead be sent by a delivery service of rundreisetipps's choosing.

Bulky items do not qualify for free shipping. You must select the bulky shipping option at checkout.

Local Pickup

We do offer local pickup from Subiaco, Western Australia.

Domestic Overnight Courier

If you require faster delivery than Express Post, we can ship via DHL. This is overnight to most major centres in Australia. This will incur an additional shipping charge so please email us to arrange.

International Orders

International customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. rundreisetipps are not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally.

Please note, some products are only available for delivery within Australia due to their size and or fragile composition. See production descriptions for more information.
