rundreisetipps would like you to feel confident in ordering online. To arrange a fuss free return, simply visit our returns portal linked above within fourteen (14) days of placing your order.

For a sizing issue or change of mind, assuming the criteria is met, a store credit or exchange will be granted. Some exclusions apply, see below for details.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchase or sizing issues. We understand that you cannot try garments on before purchasing online, so we are very happy to provide you with an exchange or credit note on full priced items, should they meet the below requirements.

What items can be exchanged or returned for store credit?

Exchange or store credit will be granted when the item is in original condition, ie unused, unworn and with all designer tags still attached and protective stickers intact.  

Please take care when trying on shoes to ensure the soles do not mark until you are confident with your purchase.

Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.

What items cannot be exchanged or refunded?

We do not accept exchange on the following items if you simply change your mind, have a sizing issue or found it cheaper somewhere else:

  • if you live outside of Australia and your order has been shipped.
  • all items discounted via promotion code or on sale.
  • skincare.
  • prints, wall hangings, mobiles.
  • homeware, interiors.
  • teepees and canopies.
  • lights.
  • storage items, hooks, shelves.
  • wings, wands, crowns, capes and dress ups.
  • toys, dolls.
  • books.
  • handbags, purses, backpacks, suitcases.

FAULTY ITEMS

Can I get a refund?

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and a thorough check of your item is undertaken before it is dispatched. If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please email right away and provide photos showing the defect / fault, which will assist in speeding up the returns process.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if the item we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send to you a replacement item, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase.

Refunds will only be granted in the unlikely event that a major problem exists.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

FAQ's

How can I arrange an exchange or store credit?

Simply visit our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you would like to exchange your items, please confirm the style, size and colour you would like. You will also need to provide a pre-paid postal satchel.

Shipping fees will not be refunded or added to store credit values.

I cannot find anything I like to exchange my item for, what happens now?

You can obtain a store credit which is valid for 6 months.

In approved instances where a return is granted a 20% restocking fee may be charged to cover our costs, such as full shipping, merchant charges and handling costs.

Do I need an exchange reference number?

Yes, please include your return accepted email and order number with your return. This number ensure we can easily identify the exchange transaction.

Where do I send my items?

Our return address details will be provided automatically once your return is approved in our portal.  

Please include a pre-paid postage satchel for all exchanges. Alternatively we can provide one for 9.95.

How long do I have to send my items back?

Returned items must be received by rundreisetipps within ten (10) days of approval. Items received outside this window will not be eligible for a store credit or exchange.

Can I exchange swimwear?

Swimwear can be exchanged providing protective stickers remain intact. Do not remove them until you are certain about your purchase.

When will my return be processed?

Exchanges and store credits will be processed within 72 business hours of receiving the item, you will receive email confirmation that this is complete.

All store credits or refunds (faulty items only) will exclude shipping charges.

My item is out of stock, what happens now?

rundreisetipps apologises for items that on a rare occasion are out of stock. We will advise you immediately and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order or help with an alternative product.
